1. Scope of Operations
These Terms of Service govern your use of autonomous architectural services, intelligence telemetry pipelines, and deployed enterprise agents engineered by Tolman Solutions. Access to our proprietary infrastructure is strictly monitored and authorized exclusively via mutual commission agreements.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
Tolman Solutions systems are engineered for defensive, analytical, and supply chain operational continuity. Under no circumstances may our autonomous agents be reverse-engineered, deployed for offensive kinetic operations without explicit governmental authorization, or utilized to bypass international sanctions. Violations will result in immediate hard-termination of the instance.
3. Liability and Deterministic Boundaries
While Tolman Solutions implements stringent "deterministic boundary layers" around our Non-Deterministic AI nodes, we do not assume liability for systemic failures resulting from compromised underlying infrastructure provided by the client (e.g. legacy ERP SQL databases).
4. Intellectual Property
Unless explicitly transferred under a Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) contract or dedicated enterprise buyout, Tolman Solutions retains exclusive structural rights to the algorithmic weights, agent-routing mechanics, and proprietary OSINT parsers deployed on your behalf.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising under these Terms shall be arbitrated confidentially in the State of Delaware, United States, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless federal jurisdictional carve-outs apply.
