1. Data Ingestion Philosophy
Tolman Solutions engineers autonomous systems that process massive quantities of data. We observe a strict policy of "Zero-Knowledge Transmission" wherever possible. Client data ingested for the purpose of predictive modeling (e.g. ERP telemetry, supply chain vectors) is isolated within dedicated, single-tenant cloud environments.
2. Information We Monitor
When utilizing our public demonstration endpoints (Conflict Tracker, Grant Swarm), we monitor IP origin, behavioral routing, and input payloads strictly for system optimization and abuse prevention. Under active commission, deployed agents monitor data parameters explicitly defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) and nothing else.
3. LLM Training & Model Weights
We do not use your proprietary data to train generalized models. Custom architectural deployments utilize federated learning techniques ensuring that model weights updated through your proprietary data remain cryptographically locked to your enterprise instance.
4. Government & OSINT Parameters
Our tactical intelligence agents process massive streams of Open Source Intelligence (OSINT). This data is publicly available. If our agents inadvertently aggregate PII (Personally Identifiable Information) during large-scale scrape vectors, built-in GDPR/CCPA sanitization modules purge that data before it enters the executive dashboard layer.
